1. What is Lorexus?

A place for myths, legends, stories, and everything above and beyond turned into unique designs for you to wear.

2. Are the designs original?

Absolutely! All our designs are original and more designs will keep on coming with more themes and stories. If we do well, I am sure we can even bring more clothing options to the store.

3. What fabric do you use?

100% Supima Cotton. It is soft, comfy, and most importantly, stylish but in a tasteful way.

4. Are the T-shirts oversized or regular fit?

Regular Fit. With oversized everywhere, why not bring regular back? :)

5. What sizes are available?

From XS (Extra Small) to 5XL (Extra Large), we’ve got you covered.

6. Is there a size chart?

Yes, absolutely. You can find size charts on all our product pages.

7. Will the T-shirt shrink after washing?

Please follow the wash and iron instructions on the T-shirt to give them a long life. However, you don’t need to worry about them shrinking. I test the t-shirts by heavy-washing them. Of course, I wear them all the time too and I am way too picky about what I wear. Trust me on this

8. What printing method do you use?

Direct-to-Garment (DTG). This is a method which does not make your skin feel the design. It becomes part of the fabric, and you feel comfortable.

9. Are the colors of the actual product the same as shown online?

Yes, 100%. The T-shirts and designs look even more beautiful in-person.

10. Where do you ship?

All over India, minus some towns or pin codes that is not available in our delivery partner’s database. In such a case, we will reach out to you and let you know.

11. How much does shipping cost?

It is FREE for all!

12. Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking link will be shared with you along with an estimated delivery date.

13. What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

In such a case, please reach out to us and we will figure out the best possible solution. You are the priority!

14. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, but you have to pay 10% of the total amount in advance. This is to prevent fake orders that young ecommerce platforms suffer from which cause huge losses and possibly lead to the company shutting down. This way, you don’t pay a huge amount, and we can all stay stress-free.

15. What should I do if my payment was deducted but my order wasn't confirmed?

It should typically confirm in some time. However, if it takes more than 48-72 hours, please reach out to us.

16. Why are your T-shirts inspired by myths and legends?
We believe ancient stories still have something to say to the people of today. Each Lorexus design takes a story from somewhere in the universe and reimagines its meaning through contemporary art and streetwear.

17. Do I need to know the mythology behind a design to wear it?
Not at all. You can wear it simply because you love the design—or discover the story behind it and find your own meaning in it. The story is ours. What it means to you is yours.
